Oddly enough I was just exploring something similar. I have not used Flash before, but was interested to see it's capabilities and was happy to discover that the functionality is extremely similar to a program that I have used extensively to create computer based training modules. The difference being the scripting language. Bottom line is that I can pick it up very quickly and be up and running in a few weeks.
