There's not a special menu item or button you can press to generate graphics like this.
The graphics were created with a skillful hand. Fireworks was just the tool within the hand.
If you are not proficient in graphic design, don't think you can simply get the software and create cool designs.
Graphics like that are the product of skill, practice, patience, creativity.
