Please don't tell me to uninstall then reinstall, or I will just trash my computer. Other user accounts on same computer don't have this problem (weird).Does Macromedia/Adobe monopolize the flash player industry w/ Internet Explorer or do I have any more options.
try to use another reader and in the future use Fire fox!Does Macromedia/Adobe monopolize the flash player industry w/ Internet Explorer or do I have any more options.
Flash is Macromedia product and you can't view flash with out flash player. As for problem with internet explorer, it should be settings, you need to enable Activex in internet explorer.
Tools %26gt; Internet Options %26gt; Security
Click internet, then click custom level. On next screen, make sure ';ActiveX controls and plug-ins'; set to Enabled.
If the option is diabled, you will need to contact adminisitrator to set this.
Thanks,
Santhosh
